2. Description of Service

MagicEditAI is an AI-powered photo editing platform that allows users to edit images using artificial intelligence. Our services include object removal, background replacement, hairstyle changes, outfit try-on, interior visualization, car customization, and AI Video Agent for automated video creation.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription with available tokens.
• Tokens are consumed based on the AI models and features used.
• Payments are processed through yookassa.
• Subscriptions are valid for the period specified at purchase.
• Tokens do not roll over to the next subscription period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds can be issued for the most recent payment within a subscription or for one-time purchases.
• To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@magicedit.ru.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
• If you have used the service, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion of your tokens. For example, if you purchased 800 tokens and used 400, we will refund 50% of the purchase price.
• For subscription services, only the most recent payment is eligible for a refund. Expired subscriptions are not refundable, even if the tokens were not used.
• Chargebacks are refunds initiated by your bank. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of all images you upload to our service.
• You grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and edit the images you submit.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.
• Do not use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Do not create deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive.
• Do not generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Do not use automated tools to access the service without permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models may not always be accurate or meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific results. AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The MagicEditAI service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MagicEditAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.
